4th Annual Edition · Organized & Managed by BHM Students
The Biggest Splash of the Year — a full day of music, sun, and splashes, exclusively for the Himalaya Darshan College family.
The countdown's over — see you at the pool! 🎉
About the Event
HDC Pool Party is Himalaya Darshan College's flagship annual celebration, proudly conceptualised, organised, and run start-to-finish by our own Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) students — real event planning, hospitality, and F&B experience, delivered as one unforgettable day for the whole college community.
All-day beats from sunrise sets to sunset anthems.
Multiple stalls serving food & drinks, student-managed.
Team games, contests, and exciting giveaways.
A private, students-only celebration — by us, for us.
Relive the Memories
A glimpse of the energy, colour, and community that make this the most awaited day of the year.
Entry Process
From physical ticket to digital QR pass — here's the full journey.
Purchase directly from the BHM department counter on campus with your student ID. Tickets are limited and sold only to HDC students.
Come back here, enter your phone number and CRN, and request your one-time code to confirm you're an HDC student.
Your OTP doubles as your login PIN — use your phone number and that code any time to sign back into your account.
Instantly receive your personal QR entry pass — just show it at the gate for scan-and-walk-in access.
Bonus: once you're logged in, skip the queue — pre-order food & drinks straight from our poolside menu, right inside your account.
Steps 2 & 3 Preview
Enter the phone number used at purchase and your CRN (College Registration Number). We'll text you a one-time code — this same code will also be your login PIN.
Enter all 10 digits (/10)
Numbers only — no letters or dashes.
Preview only — this demo doesn't check a real database yet.
We've sent a 4-digit code to +977 . Enter it below to verify and log in — this code also works as your PIN next time.
That code didn't match — try again. Demo code is 1234 (no real SMS is sent yet).
You're verified and logged in! Your entry pass is ready on the right — screenshot it or show this page at the gate. You can also browse the menu and pre-order from your account.
